We have received the good news that the Victorian Government will bring forward their commitment to end public native forest logging by 6 years and end this destructive practice by the start of next year. This means both WA and Victoria will end the logging of their public native forest logging in the next 12 months.
This has taken us one step closer to making this happen in NSW. We need to keep the pressure on the NSW Government, and take this important opportunity to call on the NSW minority Labor Government to follow their interstate colleagues and end native forest logging in NSW.
